Our company began in 2015 as Pembroke Loss Prevention after co-founders Bruno Mota and Kelly Del Fuoco Mota, longtime experts in the QSR industry, recognized an opportunity to help business owners analyze video and data to identify profit & loss. We began offering services in this area and realized almost immediately that every business has an endless data supply, far beyond video, waiting to be analyzed for business trends. In 2020, we rebranded as Pembroke & Co. to better represent the wide breadth of unique services we offer, which now includes loss prevention monitoring, business consulting, and recruiting services.
We provide a unique, personal experience, and we are always available when you need us. Your success is our mission and we will not rest until you are satisfied. Even then, we will continue to identify areas of improvement because we know there is no finish line to success!

Bruno Mota is the co-founder and CEO of Pembroke & Co., where he builds lasting partnerships with his clients and creates innovative solutions to best support them. With decades of experience working in restaurant management, loss prevention, and finance, Mota brings a wealth of knowledge. He believes every challenge can be solved and will not rest until he uncovers the “yes” for his clients. When not running a bustling company, you can find him watching Formula 1, discovering a new route for a Sunday drive, or catching up on the newest finance book.
Kelly Del Fuoco Mota is the Co-Founder and COO of Pembroke & Co. where she oversees all internal operations and aligns them to best support their clients. She brings a wide variety of professional experience to the table: ranging from quick-service restaurant management, human resource operations and talent acquisition. Mota prides herself in finding the “how” of any challenge or opportunity and uses that skill to create realistic solutions to ensure success for her clients. When not at the office, you can find her reading the latest best-seller, walking her dog (Dudley, a corgi), or re-decorating her home for the hundredth time.
“We view ourselves as an extension of our clients’ brands, and we always refer to these relationships as partnerships. All of our success is due to the success of our clients, and we owe all we have achieved to their continued trust and rapport.”
