We analyze AI flags to focus only on those that are accurate. Through our AI quality assurance process, we filter out false positives and one-off issues, delivering valuable, actionable reports. 

Internal Theft

We proactively monitor for internal theft, including incorrectly ringing in orders, improper discounting, giving product for free, and taking unpaid products. Locations are monitored daily to limit the amount of damage being done.

Fraudulent Refunds

By reviewing footage of transactions, we can confirm the legitimacy of refunds, ensuring that only valid returns are getting processed.
